This game isn't going to as easy as many people thought. Since Singletary has taken over, he has this team playing hard. They're grinding out victories. Nobody is talking about them because they lost so many games early on but this team seems to be a legitimate threat.

I know Gore was injured today. Does anybody know if he came back in? Is the injury serious?

If Gore is out, the 49ers are in serious trouble

I know they beat the Bills last week but I seriously think that the old West-to-East trip gets the 49ers in the upcoming game. Our house will be packed so they better be on their game. i think our D will handle their O to the tune of maybe 10-14 points, so it will be up to our offense to get a few scores on their much improved defence. If we play efficient on offense and DO NOT get penalties on crucial plays like we have been doing then i can see us getting 3 TD's and winning the game. GO PHINS!!!

I truly think this will be one of our toughest games this year.. not sure why, just getting that feeling

We need to stop committing so many stupid bonehead penalties!!! We should've scored at least 24 points against Buffalo today

we are playing good enough to win. The game that worries me is kc.

I'm more worried about our next two games than I was about this one. The reality is that both teams are lead by relatively inexperienced but somewhat exciting quarterbacks who are going to be very unpredicatable and do everything it takes to win- likely doing things a little differently than conventional, experienced QB's would. Shaun Hill especially scares me as he has done a fantastic job of leading the 49ers, both this year and last. Why they didn't give him a realistic shot at the starting job this year is beyond me, the dude is a competetitor and brings a fire to the position that they haven't had since Garcia. Mark my words, be wary of him.

The Bills shot themselves in the foot last week. They were in the red zone two or three times and couldn't punch the ball in. And despite all that they only lost 10-3. Miami can win this game and I really believe the homefield advantage will be the key.

At this point in the season, nothing is easy. Seattle almost beat NE. The Jets lost to the 49ers and the Cowboys chocked and lost to the Steelers.

It's difficult to play teams that have nothing to play for and can take risks. If we can survive against SF and KC, I'm confident we can knock off the Jets.

Gore is to the 49ers what Chad Pennington, Jake Long and Ronnie Brown combined are to us.

He is their equivalent of what Dan Marino used to be. He is "the dude" to the 49ers offense.

That sounds like the most likely outcome. Good post.
