Dolphins vs Chiefs

I think Fangio and Broncos losses had something to do with Mahomes, Hill and Kelce more so than who the Broncos had at qb. During that time the Chiefs were the top team in the league, I doubt we could say the Broncos would have been consistently better if they had a better qb.
Pretty sure Drew Lock and Teddy Bridgewater didn't help him.

He still had a top defense. That's the point.

I agree a better qb for the Broncos would have helped, but I think the Chiefs were the better team and would have still found a way to win those games. Just my opinion, could be wrong.

Who was Denver's coodinator last week was it when the beat KC? Maybe we should hire him 😛

If Miami can find a way to just keep Kelce from completely going off, I like the Dolphins' chance. Keep Kelce under 125 yards and limit the number of big plays Mahomes makes by running around off script and scrambling for yards or buying enough time for the coverage to break down and then finding wrs on busted coverages. Keep Mahomes in the pocket, even if it means he has a little longer to throw the ball.

On offense I just need the interior of the oline to hold up and maybe get the running game back in gear a little.

If we are really healthy, we take them and maybe even win going away.

Mostert's ankle and Hunt's hammy are a concern and Smythe not being able to Smyte anyone on the edge blocking might be a concern, offensively.

For everybody wanting Fangio to blitz more, this is not the game to do it.

Basic setup: 8 man floods, take away the easy first read (sound familiar?) and mix in the delayed 4th man pass rush - almost amoeba-like.

Easy, huh.

If there is rain, I hope they close the roof. I have nightmares of that rainy game against the Titans at the end of the Flores era. Tua didn't play well in the weather, and I'm sure his confidence was at an all-time low, given all we have learned about his relationship with Flores.
Sabotage game by Flores setting Tua up to fail
