Dolphins vs Colts, last Miami playoff win, 2000. Full game

Zach was 27, JT 26, Mad and Surt 26/24, Bowens and Gardner 27.
Amazing how we made it to the playoffs and won a game with that offense, too. How the game has changed.

I was in the stands.....great finish by Lamar Smith...Peyton loses again.

Defense and Smith pulled that one out....great crowd that day also...cold as hell in Miami.

All for naught....Fiedler got us destroyed the next week.
 
Ah remember it well...When Lamar Smith scored the winning TD, I literally danced a jig in my living room. This was after I nearly had a heart attack when Vanderjagt was lining up for the winning FG.
 
Probably my earliest memory as a Dolphins fan. I Don't remember too much from this game, a little bit hazy - I was 8. But I remember that final run very well. Awesome moment.

...I'm 23 now. Win a f***ing playoff game already. :lol:
 
I was in attendance and had great seats that I got for free at about row 10 of the 30 yard line. Came down from UF with a buddy for the game. It was probably the best dolphin game I have ever been too. I loved seeing P. Manning hanging his head after the loss. Lamar Smith had a career day.
 
I remember going absolutely bat**** when Lamar Smith scored that TD. **** me I was 19 when that happened :crying:
 
Lamar Smith was such a beast in that game.....and the defense came up big in multiple situations.

If you had told me then that the Dolphins wouldn't win another play-off game with that core of defensive players, I would have laughed. Now it just makes me sad. 15 years without a play-off win, just three play-off games since then, and only one in the last 13 seasons. Sigh.....

I was your age when this happened. I'm 38 now. It's almost as if it didn't happen.
 
unfortunately these games usually will be taken down at some point so save them if you can.

The sad thing is they said the game was a blackout game because it didn't sell out fast enough. I bet our fans regret that now. Its been a very long time since we had a playoff win. I was 13 at time and remember the game well. It broyght me some happiness at that time because I was still recovering from Marino retiring on my birthday...smh.... My fiance is a jets fan and reminds me every year in a card. Things like " I love this day because I truly believe you were made for me but I love it more because Marino retired and the dolphins sucked since" you mushy sentimental stuff like that lol
