The Dolphins signed safety Billy Parker and waived guard Bobby Meeks. Parker had an Arena Football League-high 10 interceptions this past season while playing for the New York Dragons.

Billy Parker with 10 ints is pretty impressive...he has relatively an outside shot of making the team but the practice squad is a big option!

Bobby Meeks overall just couldnt make the cut
