Cutler was the priority. If he said no they're looking to sign somebody as a back up.

All along I was thinking Cleveland would be anxious to unload Osweiler if a team/us would absorb about $5mil and give them a token 6th or 7th rounder. Either Hue really likes what he sees or it will bite the team in the butt trying to get close to break even for the bad trade they made with Houston.
