I just read on rotoworld that Miami was runner up for Graham. That bothers me because even though I am a big dolphins fan.. He is my favorite player since he played at the U. I've wanted him to be a Phin for years! How close.. How annoying at the same time that we failed to get him.

Dolphins finished second in the Jimmy Graham trade

Interested to learn the #Dolphins finished 2nd to the #Seahawks in the Jimmy Graham trade. MIA was aggressive in trying to upgrade at TE.

:crying:

I was a little saddened by this, thought i'd share. We heard the Fins were suitors for Graham, but didn't know it was so close. I would have been almost as excited about Graham as I am about Suh. On a positive note, its good to know the FO will be aggressive at the TE position in 2016 if it doesn't work out with Jordan Cameron.

Wonder what the offer was from Miami? Graham is an amazing player and such a mismatch. Great move by Seattle.

I would have rather not find out about this...

While, obviously, Jimmy Graham is on another level when compared to Cameron, I believe Cameron provides better value considering he is a very good player and didn't cost anywhere near what the Seahawks gave up for Graham.

Of course this is all dependent on Cameron staying healthy, but let's not act like Jimmy graham is an iron man either, he has missed games and been greatly affected by injuries in games he was able to play in.

Saw that earlier didn't have the heart to post it - so we went after Suh, Cobb and Graham..somebody in the FO realized we did not have enough difference type players on this team.

Im completely fine with going Cameron and keeping our 1st...

Vs

Graham ...... And no first round pick .

Solid decision. I'm sure as he'll glad we finished "second" in that one

A first and Pouncey for a guy who is arguably only minimally better than Cameron who we got for free?

It was probably the 14th pick straight up for Graham. Miami most likely countered with 47 and a later pick. Not sure why everyone thinks it was #14 and Pouncey? That's considerably more than they got for him. The 14th alone is worth more than 31 and Unger
