Dolphins will beat the Rams

Oh, boy...SOme of us in here are gonna continue to say that we're gonna win every week. And continue to be wrong. Can't wait for that 1 week when we steal a game from some shmuck team. Who's it gonna be? Bet that day we'll have someone on here saying, "you see! I knew we'd win THIS game..." We WILL lose to the Rams this weekend...If you don't think so, you're only gonna hurt yourself worse.

I'm not gonna be that hurt either way. And I don't think they are going to win every week. I think 4 wins this year would be a major acomplishment. I wrote off this season back in January when Wannstedt was retained. I know on paper they can't beat the Rams but the game isn't played on paper.

I see a blowout also. We don't need hero picks every week. Meaning if someone steps up and predicts Miami to win and they actually do it makes that person look like they know what they are talking about. In reality it's just grasping at straws and playing the "they are DUE" odds.

it doesnt matter people.. every week someone creates a "dolphins will win... you heard it here first" thread... my only question will be are u willing to come back and make a "i was wrong" thread to eat crow on sunday night?

That's right, you heard it here first. The Dolphins will beat the Rams this week. Before you wonder if I've been hanging out with Ricky and partaking, no I haven't.

Here's my reasoning:
The Rams do not play well on grass. (Kinda like Ricky)
They are traveling on a short week.
After a tough win Monday night, teams have a let down the next week.
We match up well. Their offense vs our defense. Our offense...nevermind.
Dolphins are due for a win (aren't we?) after 6 losses in a row.
Rams are due for a loss after 3 wins in a row.
Jason Taylor will not have back-to-back bad games.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

I suppose anything is possible with Mike Martz coaching the Rams, but their offense is so much more explosive than ours. We are going to need a great game from our d-backs and hope for some interceptions...I don't think we have the offense to stay with the Rams.

I've already posted that I would be back after the game either way. And I haven't been on here every week saying they were going to win. But you're right. It doesn't matter. It's just a fun prediction. I'm not betting on it and I wouldn't suggest anyone else do either. Of course I would never bet serious money on football anyway. Like they say, on any given Sunday...

So lighten up everyone.

There is no way we hold the Rams below 14 points.

There is no way our offense can possibly score 14 points.

31-3 Rams win.

I haven't forgotten about this thread I posted. I will still be back after the game to either enjoy the win with you guys or eat crow and admit I made a foolish prediction.

Im sick of losing..Miami 23, what an offensive explosion, Rams 17

Keep dreaming guys. They can't even keep Buffalo's stagnant offense at bay what do you think is going ot happen with the rams??
I thought it was the best game we have played so far.Cut out the giveaways and the game could have been closer. The wind was a factor.Fiedler does not have much of an arm and against the wind his passes looked like lead baloons.

without our D getting some turnovers this may get ugly.

The Dolphins do not play well period. Sorry.

Way to stay positive though.

Not only will the defense give up 30 points but don't forget Fiedler's anual 7point give away contest, see each week the local radio station of the oposing team gives a prize to the fan that picks the defensive player who will score on one of Jays INTs.
