According to TFY Draft Insider's Tony Pauline, the Dolphins "will quickly swipe up" Georgia RB Todd Gurley if he makes it to the No. 14 pick.

If the pre-draft buzz is any indication -- and, admittedly, it's sometimes not -- Miami would appear to be Gurley's draft-day "floor." Teams that might draft Gurley before he falls to No. 14 include the Jets at No. 6, Bears at No. 7, and Browns at No. 12. We also wouldn't rule out the possibility of the Jaguars trading down and drafting Gurley if they can ship off the No. 3 pick.

Little queesy on that acl for my taste. I think he will recover fine but long term?

Gordon is just as good and is never hurt.

Gordon wishes he was as good. Gurley or no RB

If San Diego wants Gurley do they trade up for him? I think him, and the top wide receivers could cause influx and trading up and down for several teams.

I hope he's gone so we don't have to even deal with the bipolar feeling of his availability at 14. Then we can get back to reality with our choices at that spot.

If the Dolphins really want Gurley it is pretty odd they would be this vocal about wanting to take him

I agree bro. maybe trying to entice teams to trade up with them so we still get our player and pick back up our third rounder.

Dallas here we come. 27 is a bit far but we can get an extra 2nd and 3rd

The more I think about it, the more I want Gurley. Not so much because we need him right away. It's more because we need 2 solid backs and I've seen that competition at that position makes teams better. Lamar Miller is "the man" back there right now and sometimes he runs like we have no other options. We need a RB to come in and provide competition at the position. We also need that 3rd/4th & short back who can stick his nose in there and get the first no matter what. Joe got queasy when it came to giving Miller the ball in short yardage situations, I would be too because he's just not that type of back. Gurley gives you options and it makes the offense more versatility which is important.
