@AdamSchefter: Former Texans RB Arian Foster is scheduled to work out for Dolphins on Monday and Lions later this week, per source.

Personally I dont like the move and hope he goes to the Lions

If he's healthy we need to sign him. Id feel a lot better about our run game having him and jay splitting carries

I would love him on the cheap. IF HEALTHY, he has great vision and catches out of the backfield. That'd be a good pickup.

Arian would be an awesome addition to that #Dolphins backfield (and team). Veteran presence who's a helluva player when healthy.

Arian Foster will be meeting with Chris Grier and Adam Gase this evening. #Dolphins@PatDStat

He must mean was a hell of a player. Key word - was.

I would much rather play Ajayi

Much rather have him as a back up for Ajayi than Daniel Thomas and with Drake coming off another injury it would be a good insurance policy if the price is reasonable.

I understand your concerns, Im just as concerened if we dont sign another RB. Lets put it this way someone else needs to be signed, who is debatble, but wont feel comfortable starting the season with you we have on roster at moment

Foster needs to start if signed. Forget about backup. Ajayi did nothing to prove he a capable starter. From what I saw we're in big trouble if he is starting and we have Thomas and Co.. Our Running game won't average more than 3.5 ypc

Hayden predicted that Arian Foster would be a Miami Dolphin over 4 months ago and has repeatedly called for his acquisition. It will be good if he is fully healthy and has some gas left in the tank. I like Jay Ajayi but Foster makes a lot of sense.

Id rather play the promising youngster than the beaten down corpse of yet another former pro bowler we picked up on the cheap. When does that ever work for us?

Foster was a great player but he has had injury after injury. The Texans didnt cut a legend on a whim.

May the best man win as far as who starts but regardless Ajayi , Foster and Drake sound much better than what we have now especially knowing Gase likes to run the ball and have a balanced offense.

I'd like to think it's more insurance than anything... I mean after Ajayi came back from short term IR he was healthy but are we really willing to bet our season on him being the workhorse for 16 games? I mean if he went down and we only had Drake and Damien Williams backing him up that would get UGLY. I'm talking 2007 Samkon Gado ugly

Like I said earlier i see him more as insurance (as BBB said as well).. That beaten down corpse > Thomas , Williams or Pead.
