Elam's issues have always been between his ears. Physically he has everything he needs to be a successful player if not a top DB.

Wow he has fallen off. I remember how physical he was coming out of college. Showed promise as a strong safety early. He got hurt and it sounds like he started medicating. I hope he gets back on track.
