I am curious to know what FF fans think of Dolphins players with Lazon as opposed to last year, as well as Clay and our D?

I messed up with Lamar miller last year, but with how late he will probably be drafted I still think he has good value. Especially since I still love having a strong stable of runningbacks. Picking up jarvis landry in 15th if he doesn't have a victor Cruz
Like preseason and explode on draft charts. Thought I would be open to mile Wallace, but he just hasn't done much so far in training camp. Tannehill could be a good 2nd qb with upside too.

You'd be nuts to draft any Dolphins player as a starter in any fantasy league. Bench spots at best. Anyone that disagrees is not using their noggin.

From a pure fun league (non-money) standpoint...

I'll be starting Tannehill, taking Miller on a 3rd option, our D if I can get it, Hartline, Landry if it looks like he's going to start, Clay and Sturgis. I always go Dolphins-heavy though, they just may not always start, and I do fine.

. I honestly think Lamar miller is a good flex
Still. Especially in ppr because I think Lazor will get him involved early. Everyone else I agree. I still think mile Wallace is a good 2 and a great flex too

Wallace clay miller and t-hill. Wouldn't want any as my starter but bench guys would be good. I think they all could be good values at there current adp

As a fantasy football player for the last 7-8 years, and as a dolphin fan, let me give you some advice. Don't do it. Don't let your being a fan influence your decisions. I have picked up everyone from Ronnie brown, to Brandon Marshall, last year I had hartline and Wallace, they always come up small. Don't waste your time until they prove they can do it for a full year. Every year I think I can pick up a dolphin sleeper and it'll make my season and every year I look like I reached for them instead.

BS. Clay can easily start in a 12 team, he was ranked about 7th or so in TE's last year in most PPR leagues. Hartline and Wallace both averaged in the mid 20's for WR's...Average 12 team leagues start start 36 WR's plus most have flex spots they could start in. From weeks 7-16 Tannehill was a top ten scoring QB, between weeks 10-15 he was a top 5 scoring QB.

I buying big into Knowshon because i have seen two years of Miller and have no faith he will produce. Knowshon can be gotten super late and should produce pretty well in this offense.

The main reason I'm tossing big money into leagues this year is finally Miami has some solid players and they can be gotten late.

i all ways wait untill the season starts then you can get all the fins you want off the waiver wire

there hasn't been a relevant fin player in so long the only position i draft is dolphins defense. I plan on drafting T-hill for high end qb2 spot starter this year though. That and i make it a point to not roster a player from any other afc east team.

Drafting Miami Dolphins on your fantasy football is a great strategy if there are other Miami Dolphins fans in your league. Otherwise... not so much.

Besides Clay, of course. But I wouldn't expect his performance over the second half of last year to repeat itself. That's buying high. Not smart. He's not going to sneak up on anybody, as evidenced by his placement on the top 100 list this offseason. Other teams know about him. Also, as long as we have a healthy slot WR -- who I think will be Landry -- his numbers will be regulated like they were when Gibson was healthy.

I actually think Mike Wallace is an interesting sleeper prospect this year. People are down enough on him he might actually outperform expectations (where last year it seemed clear to me he would underwhelm) and be a marginally serviceable #2. He's still not a good fit with Tannehill's skillset which limits his upside (and deep threats are notoriously finicky anyway), but if Lazor is going to scheme more deep crossers to go with all-or-nothing sideline bombs I would expect an uptick there. For what it's worth he did finish the season better than he started it. Four of his five TDs came in the last six weeks.

If you're a league with non-Dolphins fans you might be able to hold your powder dry and get him reasonably late (his adp is in the 8th-9th round right now). That's good value for the #1 WR on a team few expect will be able to run the ball, regardless of the mitigating factors.

You know why they can be had late? Because they're not good, consistent fantasy players. I can think of probably a dozen quarterbacks I'd start over Tannehill in fantasy. And a handful of other teams' #2 or slot receivers that I'd start over Wallace or Hartline.

Clay maybe, but who knows if last year was a fluke or not.

And STEER CLEAR from fins running backs. Just don't do it.
