#1 Fired Jeff Ireland in 2012

#2 Hired Mike McCoy over Philbin in 2012

#3 Never traded Brandon Marshall for Michael Egnew, BJ Cunningham, and Will Davis

#4 Never traded Vontae Davis for Jamar Taylor

#5 Resigned Jake Long

#6 Resigned Reggie Bush

#7 Kept Karlos Dansby and Burnett instead of swapping for Ellerbe and Wheeler

#8 Resigned Anthony Fasano

Yes hindsight is 20/20 but these were all apparent to most Dolfans. It starts at the top with ****ty ownership....

RT was a huge problem with Colombo in 2012 and Clabo in 2013 but in the 2013 off-season 3 of the best RT in the league were available... Sebastian Vollmer, Gosder Cherilus, Phil Loadholt.

Wish we could have kept Reggie. He worked hard, was a dynamic playmaker, and would have had a lot of fun in this offense. We let him go and then couldn't replace him with even half his talent.

We would have made the playoffs last season if it weren't for a missed FG or two. All we needed was one more win basically. Panthers, Ravens, Bucs, and Bills were all games that could have been won, and we only needed one of them.

Well by logic, the season would of been completely different if all or any of these things happened.

...

I agree with most of these, except the Jake Long one...I felt that the offer they gave him was decent for an often injured guy who appeared to me at least to be in decline. Now of course we know he went on finish another season on IR and who knows what he will look like when he's back.

Though we definitely should've had a better plan in place than trying to plug Martin in at LT

Basically, what you're saying is we fire the GM, hire a coach who has as many playoff wins with a ProBowl QB as our current coach has with a rookie QB, and keep the team intact that started the season 0-7, we'd have been playoff bound last year? I'm not sure about that.
