The Miami Dolphins have shifted around talent at stunning pace this offseason — completely reshaping the roster (which isn’t necessarily a good thing, at least for the 2019 season) and converting the Dolphins from one of the oldest rosters in the NFL into the youngest.

After Miami’s latest wave of cuts, Miami’s average age teeters just below 25 years of age — good for the youngest in the league by nearly half a year (the Browns and Buccaneers are next youngest with an average age of 25.4). It is a stark comparison to Adam Gase’s Dolphins, who ranked 20th, 29th and 26th during his three year tenure of “win now” mentality.

Gases teams were by far the most undisciplined. The 4 preseason games under Flores has been night and day. Another BS article

Flores is doing what needed to be done for years. Flores is the closest thing to Shula in the last 15 years. He wants players who are dedicated to the team and winning. In 2 years, Brady and Belicheat will be gone. We will be poised to dominate the division. Grier and Flores are on the same page. I believe Ross is ecstatic.

Younger players may be more influenced...some older players use to doin things one way may be harder to get to buy into the new way of doing things.
