Don Banks: 20 Bold Predictions for 2011

chubby, you are 100% on target. nublar7.... fans like you that wear the glasses are blind to the real problems this team has

 I see this guy hasn't been on the boards too long. Check out some of the predictions on this board and THEN get back to us!

But anyways, I'm sure everyone here knows the team's weaknesses. No one is doubting that...but what does all that have to do with how a person roots for his team? Cuz you're a "realist" and someone else is a "homer" to you?

We haven't even played one down yet to make ANY determination how our offseason went and already we're attacking how a person roots for their favorite team.

Fans like you, that always see a problem, should just follow another team.

Did you want to back that up with some substance, or just stick to "Yeah! He's right! You're wrong!"

Again everything negative that is said against this team is within some reason. We just had a pretty horrid offseason. Now its up to the Fins to prove them wrong.
Chubbs

If you are making this statement with the idea of the way Ross handled the HC spot then you are right.

But if you are saying after the draft, replacing Henning with Daboll, acquiring Burnett, Bush, then horrid is not the word.

this new offense gives reason for optimism but this oline gives reason for demise...i think off of what i've seen this preseason our inability to run the ball in short yardage and on the goalline and chad henne not being able to execute this new offense as efficiently as you need will be our undoing...

just my opinion

The inability to fix the O-line is really pathetic. I dont want to jump to conclusions but I see it being a problem all year, especially in opening up running lanes.

O line is definately a huge concern. The bad thing with this is if the line is just good I think the new scheme gives Henne the ability to be good enough or a maybe a little more. But that is a scary thought at this point. What is it with this frachise. We seem to get good enough to be in the thick of things and 1 piece just falls to ****. Marino had no d, then no running game, then we get a d and no QB. I hope this **** ends soon and the line can pull it together.

We just have to win. Production is the only thing that will subdue the Dolphin hate.

the dolphins just want you to think the o line is the problem.. chad henne is statistically better against the blitz (dont have the numbers right now but i know i have seen it before) i have all the confidence that this o line comes out rockin in game 1 ill give us 100 yds rushing on the monday night game and chad henne throwing 2 tds final score 24 - 17  dont troll me just making my BOLD prediction like everyone else

crazy thing is we all know that carey and colombo are big concerns and that incogs not the best move player at left guard but when i watched the regular season dress rehearsal against the bucs and tried to figure out why we couldn't run the ball inside those guys were all part of the reason but what i didn't expect was to see mike pouncey getting destroyed on short yardage and goalline by whoever was across from him...frank okams not close to vince wilfork caliber and he had pouncey on his knees and just physically overmatched him whenever they matched up in that scenario...and brian price was getting the better of him also...he's just not strong enough right now he could use a nfl offseason in a strength program to take on these guys head to head but cause of this lockout he didn't get it and it shows...the one saving grace is in pass pro he's been money thus far...missed a couple blitz pickups in the preseason but that was just coachable stuff...a lack of strength though you can't really coach that...better have flawless technique

i just don't know how we are gonna be able to overcome these things...barring personnel or position changes...

waht about henne leads you to beleive he cannot execute this offense?
