Don Shula Steakhouse

So i was spending a week in Naples, FL last week, and was told about the Don Shula steakhouse, which he started. I went with my family. We walked in the place, which is part of a hotel, and immediately was amazed at all of the Dolphins memorabilia that covered the place. It is a steakhouse, and a Miami Dolphins museum. It was also the best steak I've ever had! I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. It's not cheap though..

Yeah, I love that place! I am on the Wall-Of-You-eat-To-Much in Tampa. That Porterhouse was amazing! Both sides were fork tender just fell right off the bone!

I went to the Shula's in Ft Laud and sat right in front of the perfect season footballs with the scores of each game on them. I had the filet and it was AWESOME. My wife had a lobster the size of a small dog!

Its all the same place all owned by coach shula. I am on the wall in the northern virginia one. I've also been to the nyc one, and the one in newark

I've been to the one Miami Lakes. I ate the 48oz Porterhouse. Geez wasn't hungry for a while after that one.

Steak954 at the W is better than Shula's. But it's posh and pricey.

I'm sorry there is a shulas steak and a shulas steak 2. I'm not sure of the differences

The Shulas 2 I went to in Strongesville, Oh was owned by Shula. They just claimed to be more casual everyday dining.

I've been there. It's pretty nice. Same set up. The only gripe I had about it was that the hostess was missing in action when I got there. I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes before anyone showed up to greet me and take me to a seat.

Or if you really want a good place (but it's not Dolphins related) go to Texas de Brazil over at Regency.

I am 99% sure that the Shulas 2 in Newark is not open anymore.

I was at the Grand opening of the one in Newark a few years back and I got Shula to autograph a picture of him being carried off the field in Philly when he broke the win record ( I was also at the game). The grand opening was fantastic. Lynn Swann, Mandich, Howard Cross, Otiss Anderson.. just to name a few where there. If I ever find the pic...I will post it.

Side note.. A visitor was shot and killed in the parking lot a few years ago...
