Just to clarify... we start our official voluntary but you really should be there or else it shows that you're unhappy and trying to cause a media stir... off-season conditioning program.
 
cant get enough of donald thomas! hope he works out like he was "supposed" to last year and becomes a probowl player for the O-line..

Good interview, he seem confident, and promising good things, I like that of him... I also went to V. Holliday piece, I didn't realized he had surgury and a swollen knee right now, that explains him not getting any bites...he also said he didn't close the door to coming back to miami, but that would be interesting..

One of the best interviews of a young athlete I've heard in a while. Speaks very well.

He's from my college alma mater, UCONN, and his high school principal used to be the football coach for Richard C. Lee High School in New Haven, CT where Coach Sparano and myself attended school.
