does anyone know of the health of Donald i was really hoping he was gonna get a chance to play this year and really contribute

He was pretty much playing at full strength at the last OTA. He is suppose to be all ready to go full out when training camp begins. The pec muscle must be fine because he was doing his full weight lifting routine also.

Yeah I also read some where that he stated that the injury was healing much faster than he originally thought. I think he did a little to much a little to early in the wieght room. Blasted the pecs to hard and got the burn for the next week.

Not to doubt the veracity of your reports, but does anybody have a link that says this? When the injury happened, I was actually worried he might be a candidate for the PUP list.

Donald Thomas will be good to go come training camp. He was in on a fishing tournament recently and they said he was hauling them huge kingfish like there was no tommorrow. He is 100 percent as of now. He will have an injury free season.

Good! This guy is the final piece to this incredibly, incredibly powerful line

I almost wish we played the Ravens week 1, I would LOVE to see how we would match up now

Thomas being ready for training camp would be huge for continuity and cohesion purposes. Those two aspects of the situation are crucial to the success of our o line this year.

Can you confirm your post above??

He was working on the sideline with a strength and conditioning coach.. As per the OTA reports, he never took a snap...

I second your request. He was improving but not fully particpating in the camps. Sounds like a bit to much optomism.

I hope he is ready he looks very promising.

The line still has tons of questions once u get past the tackles, plus no depth at tackle.

Grove can he stay healthy and can he become a top level center

thomas is he healthy, can he stay healthy and how will he do over the course of a season

Smiley can he stay healthy.

I actually hope Murphy shows some promise

I think Grove can stay healthy here.. it seems like all of Oakland is constantly plagued with injury and just under a constant curse. I believe Smiley can stay healthy as well, the injury he got last year just happened to be a very awkward one, and I'm pretty sure the same would have happened to anyone else's leg if it were put in a weird position like that

well regardless Smiley has missed 12 games in just the past two seasons so its a legitimate concern.

Thomas himself said he is 100%. He said himself that he is doing his full weightlifting regimen. There's no way in hell he could do a full weightlifting workout if his pectoral muscle was bad. He'll be 100% by the beginning of training camp.
