Donovan Darious? Is he still a Dolphin?

Well he isn't listed on the official roster but I don't remember him being released. I am pretty sure his is no longer a fin though. Sorry if that wasnt much help

Saftey,was a longtime Jags S, number 40, he had that closline hit on Fergason when the Jags payed the Packers..

Donovin Darius was definitely released October 16th, a month after his signing. He started 2 of the 3 games he saw action, but was inactive for 2 contests thanks to a lingering calf injury suffered during the pre-season.

The guy played well in the couple games he did play however, if you're released by one team and then picked up by another team(us) you can't be injured and complain that you can't play because of the flu and having a calf injury. With the problems at safety depth we had though maybe it was more than just the injuries that made us release him.

dude...he was realesed after a couple games....I wished wed kept him tho,he was the only safety that hit hard and gave the best run support during the games he played here....I think he is still one of the better safeties in the league...obviously not top 5,but maybe when healthy,a top 10

Donovan Darius is a true baller. When the entire Miami defense was getting bulldozed on the ground, Darius became the backbone for the run defense.
