There seems to be a divide in the forum. Those who rail against everything the Dolphins do wrong and those who rail against the 'negativism'.

Both groups are right.

For those who rip the Dolphins, as much as I love my team...patience is almost a ridiculous notion at this point. Losing 19 out of your last 20 hurts...and to come so 'close' and get disappointed hurts. We all know that a rebuilt team takes time, but the problem is that we continued to be haunted by bad decisions. Ted Ginn was invisible yesterday...well I'm sorry but that doesn't sit well when DeSean Jackson accounts for 200 yards of total offense.

On the other side...not everything is a disaster or even if is...does it bare repeating? Fasano played a good game at TE, Langford and Merling did produce a few plays even if they gave up too many rushing yards. Pennington probably deserves a lot more credit than he is getting. I don't blame that last throw on him...he would have had only one shot anyhow.

Here is the bottom line reality:
Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams are question marks
Pennington is a serviceable starting qb (but barely)
The receivers are horrendous. I'll give Ginn a few more games, but he
needs to produce on a far more consistent basis. Hagan is a joke...and playing Camarillo is a farce. He did the best he could. Brandon London instead of Wilford...are you serious?
OL is young...only time will tell. Jake Long looked slow...and Pennington didn't have tons of time. Yet they almost have to get better if they can stay healthy.
DL...rushing the passer...decent...stopping the run...not so much
LB...other than Roth and Ayodele...there is nothing there. Crowder is a bust and Porter had a sack but is more notable for his mouth than his play at this point.
Secondary...The worst for last...Will Allen can play, I think Yeremiah Bell might be able to....no one else can...Renaldo Hill can't let Stuckey make that play...Andre Goodman is pedestrian...and Chris Crocker should be on Grandma's rocker.
P-Shame on Brandon Fields
K-Dan Carpenter...Parcells goes through several kickers so why should we be suprised.

I count about 12-13 possible building block players out of a 53 man roster.
So another offseason and we can talk about real improvement hopefully.
