Don't give up hope!

Maybe Bills fans aren't as shallow minded as some of the "so called" Dolphin fans are being. They are 4-1, u think he cares about seeing luck for 10+ years? He saw Brady for 10+ years, what is facing Andrew Luck? Please. Highly doubt he is thinking about a damn draft and possibilities for the Fins . . . he has his own team to think about only 5 weeks into the season.

Dame straight he doesn't want to see Luck for 10+ years. As for the Brady comment you just proved the point. The Bills just beat the Pats fir the 1st time in like what 8 years.

By their lack of playoff appearances in recent years, they weren't good against QB's "not named" Brady either. If your good, it doesn't matter who the QB is, you are gonna still win games. I could care less about the other team as long as my team is doing well.

And truth be told, Buffalo and Miami could be tied with for first, and I would still want Buffalo to beat the Jets . . . because I really don't like those guys and a damn college QB isn't going to change that.

Classy post Circlingthewagons. Good luck on your teams season.
If the defense suddenly switched on and started playing lights out, I could get on that band wagon. With our wounded offense, the defense would have to carry this team.
Since their is no sign of this happening, I am leaning toward the suck for luck losing season. I am just not thinking about the Fins that much and I am trying to stay busy and just watch football as a casual fan until next season. This season should be titled - the lost season.
Detroit Lions are a very intriguing team, I hope they can make some noise.

Seriously though, things are better when the Dolphins and Bills are good...I miss the 90's rivalry, tbh. It's true, I don't want you to get Luck, but I still think there's talent on this team to make a little noise this year. Good luck.

For what? So we can get to 9-7, not draft Luck and head into next year with Moore, or Garrard or Matt Flynn? No thanks, just suck please

Hell to finish the season 9-3 would be a ringing endorsement for Matt Moore at this point. Still draft a QB obviously, but there are alot of positives in finishing the year so well. Maybe the lack of camp hindered the team. Maybe Chad Henne wasn't doing the things that a Moore could start doing. Maybe the bye week turned it around. I dunno, 9-7 would definitely make me feel optimistic about the following year.

Not for nothing, I have seen organizational change from the Fins for over a decade now, and it hasn't worked . . . I rather get the ship righted with these guys and improve. Sure its a long shot to happen, but I'm not gonna root against it happening. If it doesn't happen then changes will be made. You can still be a Dolphins fan and root for your team . . . because either way, you aren't gonna control the outcome of anything.

It is a long shot. Too long in fact. Andrew Luck is the type of talent that gives you a shot at the Super Bowl for the next 15 yrs. Dan Marino was too. Every year we went into the season KNOWING he was capable of wining every single game, despite all the flaws of the rest of the team. A career Matt Moore season is gonna keep us in the race for the final wild card slot. I want more than that. We all do, and we all deserve more than that. We've paid 99% of our fan mortgae off, and I'm not about to default now. One more payment guys, and we own the league.

Go Dolphins (next year)

You know our franchise has hit rock bottom when a ****ing Bills fan is here giving us encouragement because he feels pity for us.

The 1992 Chargers once made the playoffs after starting 0-4--and they did this with Stan Humphries as their starting QB and Bobby Ross as their HC!

The defense will be back to last year's form and the offense will come alive after the bye week. I'm pulling hard for the Fins this week, make me proud.

With each passing week the prospect of the Bills facing Andrew Luck twice a year is becoming more realistic. :chuckle:

Please do enlighten those of us with less knowledge, exactly WHAT makes you say this?

Have you ever seen Andrew Luck play? Do you even know what he looks like?

Seriously? I haven't found one person that says there is a flaw in his game. Every talent scout is giving him their highest grade they have aver given. Every single word you read by anyone with any amount of respect in football says this guy will not be a bust, but he may have a bust in about 20 yrs (Canton). Experts like Hoge & Kiper & more (like it or not they are smarter than us) have only given grades this high three times. 2 of those are in the HOF (Aikman & Peyton) and the other was Testeverde, who may not be a HOFer, but hardly a bust either.

Stan Humphries >>>> any of the Dolphins QBs

The Colts' next 3 games are on the road against decent teams...they're staring 0-8 right in the face...looking at the rest of their schedule I'd say 3-13 is their ceiling. Miami will win at least 4 imo

Way to bring the mood down Debbie Downer.
