Kid is in the hall of fame for 25 straight completions. Owns 9 franchise records. Mannin cam dalton tannehill only QBs start first 4 seasons w 3,000 yards. He is 4th fastest nfl history 10,000 yards. Wins and playoffs important i know. Pocket presence shaky yes. But tannehill has been misguided day one w sherman & his go/go-go & telling tannehill not to run & stay in the pocket. Tannehill is a unique case he was a defensive back in highschool played little QB i think sr year i think he will be a late bloomer. Look alex smith sucked under singeltary but look what happened when he hooked up with QB whisperers harbs and reid. Tannehill has a much better arm than smith. Get payton or hue jackson or mcdaniels. We dont use the kid right he should be in a run heavy playaction kubiak offense. And why are we not using his legs more? Remember last year he was on that stretch of like 5 games we unleashed his legs and people freaked we thought he was steve young but now he sucks? If u wanna draft goff or lynch then fine im startving for a superbowl but ill tell u this it will just set us back 3 more years. Would goff or lynch really take this team to the playoffs under that ****roach tannenbaum this oline defense playcalling? Look i played and coached the offensive playcalling is bad the spacing and routes the WRs run are horrible. Look at bortles still bad down there. Carr raiders still bad. Tannehill is a good face to a franchise and a high character kid in a toxic situation. If u wanna replace him and that production then tell me with who? How about get a professional head coach in here with a professional staff like sean payton a foundation and watch tannehill thrive. I refuse to believe the top 12 QB last year all of a sudden sucks. He had 768 yards rushing in 3 years and now this year only 68. Its coaching. And listen his WRs cant beat man press thank god for parker now tannehill finally has a WR bigger than 5'11 w a catch radius tannehill never had margin for error every throw contested throw has to be perfect. Jones int then tannehill to parker on playaction cuz when u establish run defense respects it thats a team game. Go back on your phone and watch film from 2012-2015 and u will be surprised at how many dynamic plays tannehill made with his legs and his feet. 58 yard run in the snow at pitt. 31 yard run vs buffalo rookie year dives for endzone does 360 in air. Best QB since marino career 84/53 td/int ratio thats production if u wanna move on fine but tell me who is your replacement. Sorry for this rant. Kid gets ripped apart like he is blaine gabbert but bridgewater has 8td 8int but nobody is calling him out cuz they have a top 7 runningack and #7 defense its a team game if we had bridgewater we would be 2-10.
