We have all been through this before. Matt comes out on the opening drive and throws a pick. It seems to happen Everytime he starts. So do not go bonkers when it happens. Because after it happens he seems to settle down and get into the flow of the game.

Yes he will but it can't be a pick 6. Shake it off and score on the next drive. I see 4 TDS and 2 INTS for him. 28 - 20 Dolphins.

He is the gun slinger type from what I remember. He makes mistakes but sometimes pulls off crazy ****. Unfortunately he tends to make just as many mistakes as miracles so a game manager type is actually better suited for us.

Here's to hoping he can take over successfully, for now

This is why he's not a long term option as a starter. But I've said time and again that he's exactly what you want if your starter goes down for a SHORT span. Let's see him get it done for us.

Need a couple outside shoulder deep shots to Stills and DVP early to open it up for the run game and then just ride the JTrain all the way to the station.

Look...people need to realize that Matt Moore is not a starter in this league for a reason.

I hope he finds a zone...grabs this opportunity and runs with it.

He needs to play smart and protect the football..
Taking calculated shots downfield.

Well its the first time he's really been called on to earn that money he's been stock piling...I hope he's ready, our season is riding on it.

Gase has to stretch the defense out early. I would like to see more shots taken to Devante on the outside to open up the stuff underneath. As long as he's not throwing deep to the middle of the field we'll be okay, but you have to make these corners work.

Part of getting behind Matt as a fan is just letting him be Matt. We have 3 games, and our p[layers need to act like there is nothing to lose. No need to be tight. Especially Matt Moore. Just go out and have fun and do their thing, and they will be fine. As a fan I am taking the same attitude.

I expect this to be the game Grant gets implemented into the offense. Expect a reverse to him at some point. Id consider opening the game on 1st down with a long bomb to keep the defense honest as they'll probably play run heavy

Didn't Cutler have problems with bad decisions pre-Gase?

Sounds like the same M.O. as Jay Cutler. Gase guided him to the most efficient season of his career AND that was after 9 years of developing bad habits for Cutler.

Matt just needs to avoid mistakes. The reason Miami has been so hard to beat lately is because we haven't given the ball away much

I agree, but as Gase has had a great influence on Tannehill, he may have been able to help Matt with his early turnover, or inconsistency at times problem.

LOL this site can't even handle giving up an opening drive TD or field goal let alone an INT or pick 6.
