It's a Finheaven rule from here on out. I just stated in another post that Culpepper, at best, might be ready for week 1, but even if he is, he misses all those mini camps, training camps, and pre-season games to get his timing down with everyone. Not to mention if he's not ready to go, who's the QB till he is? and if Pepp comes in, lets just say....week 3, he comes in COLD with no game play for almost a year.

Dont predict us going to a Superbowl, Saban would have your nutties on a stick.

Let us EARN the right to be there. Let Saban mold this team into a contender right before our very eyes. Everyone who starts predicting us going JUST because Pepp is the QB is extremely foolish IMO. If I remember right they dont hand out invites to the Superbowl...in MARCH. So please, sit back, continue to watch the players we get, watch the draft...mini-camps, training camps, and preseason games. Who knows what key injuries occur during any of this (please god, none).

Leave the predicting to the media, and lets just keep saying to ourselves that seeing is believing, Dolphins.....SHOW us you deserve to be there, that you can earn that right to be there.

I dont blame anyone for thinking about it, and being excited about it, but its been over 20 years since we have been there, and if I remember right, we have been no where near there in the last 5 years. So dont look foolish by putting us there now. Just wait, Nick will get us there soon....

I completely agree. I think there are many other teams that are in better shape then us. This is all a building process, and I can't see us going to the Super Bowl for another 3 years. Last playoffs, the Bengals were the best team IMO to make it to the Super Bowl. And look what happened.

You guys think Miami is improving? Guess what, we aren't the only team in the AFC improving our team.

Until you're an admin, you'll excuse me for laughing when you suggest something is a new rule.

The Dolphins will win the Super Bowl.
The Dolphins will win the Super Bowl.
The Dolphins will win the Super Bowl.
The Dolphins will win the Super Bowl.
The Dolphins will win the Super Bowl.

Oh, so you speak for Nick, too? Classic.

:shakeno: go ahead and explain why all of a sudden Miami will win the superbowl, oh mighty great predictor.

fine, it SHOULD be a rule...happy?

Why shouldn't Miami win the Super Bowl? If you choose to see your cup half empty, so be it. Don't piss in my half full cup.

maybe we dont win it this year, but we are MUCH closer now with Culpepper. Imagine what this guy can do with a real running back threat. If we sign some key defensive players, and say keyshawn johnson or eric moulds, wed be in pretty good shape. If we got that kid from UF in the draft wed be in pretty decent shape. If we got TO, hand us the superbowl already. I dont care what you Culpepper haters think, Daunte is one of the best qbs in the league

New Rule:

Don't make rules. I can do whatever the devil I please.

I AM POSITIVE THAT THE DOLPHINS WILL HAVE A PERFECT SEASON! SUPERBOWL IS GUARENTEED!

:yeahthat: :dolphins:

The thing that bothers me about Culpepper is that he always seemed to struggle in outdoor stadiums. I don't know if it was being on the road, the grass or what but it just seemed that way. Like Favre not playing well in domes, that sort of thing.

i thought miami could make it to the super bowl before culpepper got here...this just furthers my opinion.

I totally agree with you! I am really excited and pumped that we got D.C. but we can't get the big head....that usually tends to jinx teams. I am confident we will have a good season...especially if Saban keeps upgrading our team :dolphins:
