We are trying to be a hybrid 3-4 and 4-3 D and with this means we need some beef up front. Why the heck at times do I see Holliday at DT and Taylor at RE next to him on the SAME side of the field. I have watched this a few times and I watched NE run right over that side when they did it. They blew right over them. You have traylor and Carter on one side - that's about 340 or 350 + another 310 - they stuff the run pretty good. Then you have what 275 and what 245? And you have ZT trying to back them up - no wonder we get mowed over some times against the run.
Not trying to be Monday morning critic but I can't see why we don't stack the beef up front. We have sme monster DT's although for some reason the 2 young guys SIT INACTIVE.
