he always gets injured though. i dont like signing guys that have that kind of injury history.

I hate to say it, but the price won't be right when you have that many teams going after a player.

I dont want him unless we don't give up much (which will be next to impossible) simply due to his injury history. We can do better in the draft IMO.

Not necessarily true... agents are known to contact teams who have a need at said position, and say, "Hey Mueller etc... IF Donte became available, would you be interested?" Mueller, "Off the record? Yeah, if the price is right we'd love to look at him." They would not be best representing their client if they didn't. As another guy said, he's initiating the prospect of a bidding war... or at the very least increasing the Eagles initial offer to his client. So, it's not that far out of the question to warrant the rolling of the eye's... :tongue:

Where did you get your title from? Very misleading! Miami CANNOT contact him as he is under contract! If we did that would be tampering. His agent can say teams are INTERESTED - there is a difference and it's as big as Leonard Davis' backside! They want to drum up interest and drive the price up but you shouldn't mislead folks with the title.

Not true. It was mentioned on NFL network last night. They're weren't accusing any teams of tampering, Stallworth's agent only said these were the teams who showed interest.
