Dorial Green- Beckham declares

We're not drafting this guy. Just look into his off-field issues.

It has been reported that he has got his head on straight. Do not know if I believe the rumors, but he he is definitely a 1st rd talent.

Green-Beckham had been a productive but troublesome player since joining Missouri in 2012 as the top-ranked player in the country in that class. Following three twos — arrests, suspensions and police investigations — in less than two years, Mizzou announced that it was cutting its losses and dismissing the talented receiver in April of 2014.

The last incident that triggered his dismissal was by far the most disturbing as an incident report stemming from the report of a first-degree burglary stated that Green-Beckham pushed one woman down a several steps during a domestic incident. Despite the off-field issues, OU signed Green-Beckham in early July.

In his two seasons with the Tigers, Green-Beckham totaled 87 receptions for 1,278 yards and 17 touchdowns. His size (6-6, 225 pounds) and talent will certainly draw the attention of NFL scouts, but how he fares in the evaluations as it pertains to his character will ultimately determine where he’s drafted.

I'm sure this guy who was dealing drugs and beating up women and then throwing them down stairs totally got his life straightened out in six months.

Hes the best talent in the draft. Without the character issues he's a top 3-4 pick IMO.

Agreed, but he's still going top 15 for sure, IMO top 10.

After that combine everyone is going to forget his off field stuff, no doubt about it. Ray Lewis had his friends hold a man down while he stabbed him to death, didn't hurt his career one bit.

Will be very interesting indeed. Don't see us taking a chance though. Those type of character concerns don't just go away…thats some real messed up stuff. Talent alone though he is absolute freakish…like Calvin Johnson type game changing ability.

First of all, he got arrested once for misdemeanor marijuana possession back in 2012, and was suspected in a burglary case where drinking was involved earlier this year but no charges were ever filed.
He clearly was something of a troubled kid with a rough upbringing, but by all accounts he has kept his nose clean since being at Oklahoma, and he was going to be a focal point of their offense next year.
Like I said, the kid is a tremendous talent and worth the risk if he's been incident free for more than a year. He could be in an AA like program, people do get better all the time.

People are overblowing the trouble around this kid, IMO. He has issues, but so have half the kids in the NFL. I would seriously consider him at 14. Seriously.

Top 5 talent easily. Can't comment on character. Only Midwest area scouts will know what is up with the character.

Well I cannot say for sure without knowing all of the facts, but I thought it was pretty damning evidence that he pushed a girl down some steps and proceeded to drag his gf out of the house by her hair/head. I could care less about his pot misdemeanor…but its stuff like that this is NOT overblown. No person in the right mind does that…and your playing with fire with people who do because its usually only a matter of time before it happens again.

This guy reminds me of Dez Bryant. ..on and off the field....
Very talented but you have to deal with the character issues.

Favorite player in the draft realistically, we probably won't have the balls to make a move though. Gonna be top of my board for #14 though.

My fat azz would jump out of my chair and do back flips if we give him a chance and draft him at 14. Had the NCAA not ruled him ineligible to play this past season we would zero chance at drafting him.
