Doubled our wins from last year?? WHOOP-DE-FREAKING-DOO!!!!

Ok lets stop sayin this crap. Yeah we doubled it.....but are you gonna say that if we go 2-14???? That is not much better that 1-15 at all. Lets drop this saying. Now I have absolute confidence that our Fins will win 6 or more. But please doubling our wins from last year is not a great consilation prize...if we were to go 2-14 how much better is this team from our 2007 team. I want to believe....No....I DO believe that this team is extremely better than last years team.
So no more "we double last years wins" arguements!!!:shakeno:

but we did double our win total from last year...:woot:
 
just relax everyone is getting way too carried away. It was a heartbreaking loss and it made me sick too but the fact remains that they are a more TALENTED team and we loss on the last play. This year, at least to me, was a 16 game pre-season. I did not care how many wins we had as long as we can have found 10-15 solid starters and i think we did that already. Between Long not looking like a bust (THANK GOD...can you imagine what we would be thinking and where we would be at if he sucked right now) Donald Thomas looking like a beast before his injury, Indukwe filling in nicely as a starting guard, Merling and Langford, I could not be much happier. Not to mention Pennington, Porter, and Fasano looking good for the most part.
The problem is simple, we need DB's and WR's, and Bell and W. Allen look real good we need 2 more. Next year we will be much better, this year is just a longer version of the preseason for next year thats all.
KEEP YOUR HEADS UP
 
I am relaxed...I just hate hearing this statement about doubling our wins. I truly believe in this team. I think they are awesome....and the secondary is going to let them down over and over again. Looking back I see them dropping 2 games....The Jets and Houston. I would say the Cards...but I think they are good.

If you believe in this team, then what are you worried about? It seems you are worried that we might only double our win total from last year which would mean we'd have to lose out for that. I dont understand the premise of the thread.
