The Cleveland Browns have announced the team has signed free agent QB Doug Johnson (Titans) to a one-year contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Having watched Doug Johnson many times in Atlanta he is serviceable as a backup but nobody you would want for more than a 2 game stretch.
