If you look at all the left tackles that go to right tackle in the pro's they stink it up....The dude from Tennessee (James) is a true right tackle that would plug and play well. In all seriousness the Armando article makes sense.

His name is Cyrus. He is a roadgrader. He is from the Crimson Tide. He is going to anchor the right side for the next decade. I need to go two for two.

he has played Lt for Alabama...most have struggled when going to pro's....I don't want to draft a Rt in 1st but I want Tanne to have a legit line

If we take Kouandijo at #19, I will FREAK OUT! He's not even on my board anymore. Too many question marks on his health and his drop off in play.

Kouandijo is one of the few player I will be pissed about if they select him,

I agree. There's gonna be too much talent on the board to reach for a lumbering LT to play RT who has injury problems.

He doesn't have the feet to play in MIA scheme.

And after watching what OKLA and their speed rushers did to him....I venture to say, he will not anchor the right side for the next decade.

Notwithstanding the valid concerns about Tenn linemen (and we have our own test case already) I think James is the real deal. I also think that some day he could be a left tackle, which is the right way around to fill the hole we have, not shoehorning a career LT into the right side.

James isn't a ture RT. footwork and athleticism would allow for him to play LT as well. given Albert's injury history and age, i'd prefer someone who could fill in at LT anyway.

Then please go to the bathroom and work on your number twos. Kouandjio is not a great fit for our ZBS. Xavier Su'a-Filo is a better selection at OG. He fits our system and has two good knees.

Moses anyone. I know his fit in a zone is questionable but he's a talent

He is an RT in the sense that he has locked down the right side at Tenn from day 1 and done it very capably. But I agree his footwork and size translate to LT also, maybe even to the point he is a better LT than RT. But, you have to look at Tenn and wonder why they didn't switch Tiny and James, given that - on paper - James might be suited to the left and Tiny to the right sides. What you can say definitively is "this kid can play RT". Anything else after that is a bonus.

I look at Zack Martin and I just see alarm bells. Basically, we're worried he mightn't survive at LT, so we may have to move him to guard or RT, even though we have no idea how he'll fare there (and I think he'll be in for a Dallas-Thomas-like rude awakening to the DL power difference in the pros).

Pick an RT who already is an RT and stop trying to second guess or project your wishes onto untested scenarios.

To me, Martin is one of the most overrated players in the draft. I'd consider him at 50, but there will likely be O-linemen I prefer.

I have settled on Ju'wuan James as my guy. I like Shazier. I think Fuller will be gone. Not interested in the safeties or Mosley. XSF is not of value. Trade ups are questionable. Morgan Moses I like....but James more.

Let's fix the damn line.
