Draft Cam Ward - Do whatever it takes

We clearly have a difference of opinion on Ward.

I'll ask you this... If Ward ends up being an upper echelon pick, would the Dolphins drafting him be worth it? Yes, of course.

Grier doesn't make these type of moves. He drafts DBs

The Dolphins currently sit with the 11th overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft (as of 12/24/2024).

I'd prefer them to have the 32nd overall pick in that draft. Wouldn't you?

Sure, and I'm willing to take the chance, you're not. We can agree to disagree. all good

'25 is so easily predictable from now and we all know this. Tua will miss half the season, players are going to give up on McD, Hill is going to ask for a trade. We're looking at a sub-8 win team and a rebuild in '26.

Jaded Dolphins fan. These are 3 of the best QBs in football. Period.

It's about giving your team a chance. Tua will never give us a chance. BurLJ, and Allen will give their teams a chance every year. This Bengals season is absolutely nuts, I'll admit that but strangely, Burrow has been the best QB in football.

Carson Wentz, Nick Foles, Brad Johnson, and Trent Dilfer have all won SBs.
You are all over the place. Your last point just proved mine. Those QBs had great teams.

Then you go get your QB in a much better QB draft.

If that is truly how it plays out.

Then if Sanders has bust written all over him (there are issues his talent isn’t one of those on why I wouldn’t touch him). Why is Ward unanimously rated below him?

Again this is a soft QB class. And I feel for teams needing QBs this year going to over drafted and then miss in what is looking early to be another loaded class next year.
Ward isn't lol

Again, I don't care about the "class" I care about 1 player.

Cool you posted someone else’s work. I stick with my work.

I am good give up Three 1s a 2nd and a conditional 3rd to get to one. By all means do it. I as a Bills fan will not be upset by the move.

Hill is not going to be traded! Omg. His contract cripples us if he is traded.

lol 4 QBs in 40 years.. the other 36 years were premier QBs..

Thanks for playing
Thanks for playing ward isn't coming here. Burrow, lj, and Allen have zero titles and 1 super bowl appearance because their greatest coouldnt overcome better teams or their team deficiency

How many playoff wins does herbert have? He is great too no?

Yep I do. And no where did I mention the 2023 class. Only the 2024 class and how soft it actually is.
It's ridiculous to claim it's a bad draft class and run that on a forum discussion like it's a fact when many top-level talents of several positions look like sure things don't pan out. The last draft class was considered weak as well but I see Penix and Daniels working out well with the jury still out on Caleb/Drake the latter in my opinion still having potential. It can look weak and pan out decently. It's all about how said class is coached and what position they're put in to develop. To say every QB in the draft can't pan out is just plain hearsay when we don't actually know what can happen and many starting QBs today received the same predictions but are doing fine. It's also at the end about picking the right QB you think will work out for you and can develop rather than the whole class. The likelihood of at least 1 or 2 QBs working out is higher over the entire class failing.

You didn't say it was about your work, you said everyone else's? "Why is Ward unanimously rated below him" who's the unanimously? And he's right, PFF also rates Cam Ward over Sanders. It's fine to think Sanders is better than Ward but to claim everyone else thinks the same is false.
