Draft A CB in the first
and a CB in the second..yes i love daniels..but why not?

I know were gonna upgrade the quarterback position in free agency

this will leave us with one glaring hole a offensive line...hey worth a shot...this draft looks loaded with great cornerbacks...why not draft two cb's the 1st two rounds..just my insight

Why not cause we have other areas of need. Like Oline, LB, Saftey, and Online again! We can not afford to use two picks on CB's. We need Oline men who can come in and play for us. We need to make our whole team better not just one area. Thats why not.

hudson did a great job with our o line last year....he will surely have better talent next year..but i dont like winston justice at all...i think he will be a problem on this team....drafting 2 cb's will help us greatly

It won't greatly help us. We need one cb in the draft. We have a couple guys who were gone all of last year due to injury and Daniels was a decent starter. We need Lb's to go to a 3-4 and the draft is the best way to do that. Houck can only do sooo much and that line was sooo horrible at times last year. Penalties killed us more than anything. Houck can only do sooo much before talent actually takes over. Winston Justice is an athletic tackle who has a mean streak and thats just what this Oline needs!
 
We should go OL 1st (Marcus McNeil) CB 2nd (Cedric Griffin) LB 3rd (Roger Macintosh). We should try to get Omar Jacobs in the 4th (asuming we get Brees.)
 
i see the phins drafting the best player available in the 1st round in the area's we need LB,CB,QB,OL..LUCKILY there will be very good players available at that pick..so i'm happy about that..so if the phins did not pick a CB in the 1st theyre will be plenty of good ones to pick in the second round
 
It's not a bad idea and it's not that far fetched either. The bpa in round 1 and 2 might be cornerback and as of right now pass D is our biggest need. Personally I would love to see us draft Manny Lawson but if he doesn't get past the Browns (which he might not) I say we take Cromartie, Tye Hill or Jimmy Williams. I would love Huff but it's looking more and more likely that he's a goner in the top 10, personally I pray for Lawson in round 1 and Jason Allen or Cedric Griffin in round 2.
 
Nahhh...draft a d-back and a O-lineman in first two rounds.
 
I'm pretty sure we'll take a corner in the 1st 2 rounds but not 2...we do need an o-lineman unless we get one in free agency and even then we might still need to draft one plus we need an OLB and maybe a DT.

I love how you guys think a couple rookies are the answer to our problems. There isn't a rookie in the draft that's going to come and and solitify a secondary position on the field from day one, except maybe Huff.

There is a learning curve involved in the transition from the collegiate level to the proffesional. I'm all for drafting a CB in either the 1st or the 2nd, but the other spot should be occupied by a guy like Duane Starks signed to a 2 year deal.

If we drafted Jimmy Williams at Safety in Rd 1 and Jason Allen at CB in Rd 2... I would be doing cartwheels in my front lawn...

Our secondary would be set for years...

Not to mention huge & physical as hell! :evil::finnasty:

Why on Earth do all of you think we need Cornerbacks so badly? Yea lets waste our first rounder on ANOTHER Cornerback when we already have Daniel's who proved himself as a Rookie and Will Poole coming back this season? Yes our Defensive backfield needs help but NO we do NOT need another Cornerback. Look for Safeties because that is where we need to get younger. If we get a cornerback at all it will be in the later rounds. Have some faith in the guys we have seeing as though we have a LOT deeper holes elsewhere than we do at Cornerback.
