*In an interesting story the Seahawks have fired Jim Mora Jr; it's all but finalized that Pete Carroll is the next coach in Seattle. I think this could work out really well for us in terms of the draft. Players like to pick their own players and I think the Seahawks will use their two 1st round picks on Taylor Mays and Charles Brown; in turn they will use their 2nd on Joe McKnight who declared for the draft today.

*Demaryius Thomas, WR of Georgia Tech declared for the draft

*The Dolphins and Lions will coach the Senior Bowl teams! This is awesome news as our staff will have a first hands experience with a lot of the talent in the draft. Tony sparano and the Dolphins coaches will coach the South roster which looks like this; Note it's ironic that players such as LaFell and Jimmy Graham I had on my scenarios today.

Well respected coach on the West-Coast. In the past he hasn't been interested but per ESPN's Chris Mortenson there is a lot of money on the table. too much for him to say "No";

We saw Nick Saban come in here and draft players he coached and coached against ala Jason Allen or Travis Daniels. Taylor Mays is a Safety which is a need, Charles Brown is a Offensive Tackle, another need

That's GREAT news and gives me even more confidence that our FO will make the right choices in April having the knowledge they'll gain from undertaking this "assignment".

I think its one thing to go to pro days and scouts kids....Its another thing to actually coach them in a game and see what they're like during a game etc.

As you'll see I highlighted TWENTY guys we'll have the perfect opportunity to get an extra insight to and assess that are a "need" on our team....That is absolutely priceless.

Great news!

It's a good roster. I like players such as Ben Tate. I think this confirm Jimmy Graham will be a Dolphin. I just hope they don't fall in love with Taylor Mays but hopefully he is gone before then anyways...

I just saw it on ESPN.com.

Honestly, it wouldn't be a very smart move on Carroll's part. He is a great football coach, in college. In the pros, maybe not so much. He is continuously bringing in solid recruits and can have USC back into the top 10 in no time. He was working with a true freshman quarterback all year and a young defense.

You can't really CONFIRM Graham as a Dolphin if another team is just as high on him and takes him before we do.

But what makes you even think the trifecta are even interested?

They've gone to several Hurricanes practices for the sole purpose of scouting him. I'd love to see Jimmy Graham in aqua.

You really think they only went to see him................................really.:rimshot:
