What first round position do you guys think the Dolphins will get for thenext draft and what position player will we pick on the first round?

Will Saban finally pick a quarterback (if there are any out there) or will we continue to pick defensive players?
 
I'm thinking that three most likely positions would be LT, QB, and CB. Depending on who's the BPA will determine who we take, but I just have a feeling we'll take a LT. As for some positions we definitely WILL NOT take 1st round, I would have to say RB, FB, TE, G, C, K, P (those I would say are the obvious that have 0% chance of us taking 1st round)
 
I hate talking draft right now... but screw it I'm bored...


I'm thinking we pick somewhere around 10-15, there are a lot of bad teams out there this year.

Unless a major blue chiper at LT or CB falls to us, I'm thinking QB or possibly WR...

I'm thinking we adress our Safety, and Center needs in FA
 
Round 1 Pick 12 Miami Dolphins select: Eric Winston.
 
We'll take either:

Leinart/Quinn/Bush/Ferguson/Winston/McNeill/Kiwanuka/Hawk

or trade for more picks

I think we will probably pick around 8-12 range. My wish list consists of Jimmy Williams (Virginia Tech CB 6'3 216lbs) or Marcus McNeill (Auburn LT 6'9 340lbs! :eek: )... We land one of these guys... we are gunna be set for years!

I heard mike mayock (draft analyst from NFL Network) say that McNeil has a spine disorder or something like that. I don't know if that issue will allow McNeil to be a first round pick.
 
I think we will be in the 13 to 18 pick and we will iether take a QB (Omar Jacobs) or WR (Chad Jackson) or (Derek Hagan)
 
I am going to be optomistic and say we either deal for rivers or move up on Lienart. We have the cap space and few teams are as poor at qb as are the dolphins. I think Saban has had his fill with retreads and has beens and wants his guy at qb. If your going to dream dream big. Mueller likes alot of qb talent to choose from. I look for Rosenfels and Ferotte to be gone from this team next year. Maybe gus survives in a much reduced role.
 
i do think saban will go after a qb due to the fact that he is the type of guy that is a leader and he knows u need a leader in teh qb position because he stated thats what he liked about Gus a lot. HIs leadership role in the huddle and we all know that is one of Matts greatest qualities that makes him good. He may just trade up a RW and our 1st wiht a possible 2nd next year for Matt or soemthign along those lines. I can see him goign big on that one. BTW, FA signings do beg. before the draft correct? If so, I think from the way we address the FA will determine what we may do in the draft iwht our picks.
 
i think daniels is going to be very veyr good like a surtain. and poole hopefully can be the 1st rounder he was suppose to be this coming season. If so, I think we eithe rcut madison and pick up a good CB to complete our 3 cB positions or we stick with madison as our CB. Madison is good but out of his prime years and he doest perf. like he is getting paid.

Daniels was suppose to be a first rounder???????
How is that possible!!!
