Basically, calculate the team record you beat and if the winning % sucks more then the next team you win the tiebreaker.

Considering it's against the Patriots who still needs a win(i think!). That might just do it! We really need to move into a Top 5 position. That would be huge...

Well Cleveland Dallas pick before us. With no dominant qb's in the draft I don't see a team selling the farm to move up

I didn't look at the numbers myself, but I think that one is wrong. I think I've seen more lists with Jacksonville having a weaker schedule, putting the Dolphins at 8th. I'm pretty certain Baltimore has a stronger schedule so the Phins should move up to 7th now with Baltimore's win today.
