I think Parcells is looking at these players in Round 1- Butler,Johnson,Maybin,English,Matthews,Cushing.
What if all 6 are gone?
Then he has to decide on the BPA or a position need.

If Harvin is there- he is by far the BPA.
Despite board criticism- he is a playmaker.
Or do you pick a Barwin, Smith,Sintim- who are marginal rd 1 players.

You might want to add ILB Maualuga to that Parcells list.

If all are gone when our pick comes up, I wouldn't be mad if we picked Harvin!!

Initially, I questioned his route running and hands because he played so much in the backfield. I even thought he would fall, possibly out of the first round.

After seeing his Pro Day workout, if he can stay healthy, I think he's going to be special. The kid has great hands and he EXPLODES in and out of his cuts, catches the ball with his hands then he's gone, no building up speed, he's just gone.

He's just a NATURAL FOOTBALL ATHLETE and with the various ways you can use him he might be the best VALUED player in the draft!!

Anymore room on the Percy Harvin bandwagon?

Maybin and Mathews haven't shown enough to be mentioned with those other guys.

Don't think either would be picked at 25.

Cushing, Bulter and English are real contenders for the 25 spot.

no wr in the first 3 rounds please
im fine with what we have
run first, second, and 3rd

Out of all the WR's to be possibly selected in the 1st I would want Nicks but I think he too will be gone. So wouldn't you want someone like Heyward-Bey, he has better speed then Harvin, he's 6'2 and if he had a better QB his stats could be as good as anyone out there.

This week my list would be:

1 Maualuga - Total value at #25. Immediate impact player on defense.
2 Maybin - Too much potential to pass on, probably gone.
3 P. Harvin - I know I shouldn't but I like the guy. He loves football and plays with passion. Immediate impact in a Henning offense.
4 C. Barwin - It may be too high for him but he's been impressive so far. Still on the fence here.
5 M. Johnson - We love size and we love defense. Could be a steal.
6 C. Matthews - We both went to Agoura High, if Bill wants him, lets get him.
7 S. Smith - I like this dude. He's big and fast. Could be huge or NFL average.
