Could someone tell me what time (EST) the draft starts on the 28th?

I believe it starts at 12:00 or 12:30 (est) on ESPN.

Well, each team has 15 minutes max, 32 x 15 = 480 minutes or 8 hours. Although, it's never come close to that, you're probably looking at 6 to 6 and a half hours of the first round.

Unless there are a bunch of first round trades, I would expect the first round to be done no later than 5:30 p.m. Eastern.
