25) Miami (11-5) Duke Robinson, OG Oklahoma
The Wildcat Spread offense requires a top notch OL, With a left side of Jake Long and Duke Robinson, the Dolphins will have holes for days to run through.

44) Miami Dolphins (fron Washington) Macho Harris, CB Virginia Tech
The Dolphins had a mediocre secondary this season. Harris can only help.

56) Miami Dolphins Ron Brace, DT Boston College
Jason Ferguson is going to be 34 years old; an understudy makes sense.

I don't know why, but I just can't get behind drafting Duke Robinson, maybe it's cause of how he played against Florida, but I just can't get behind the idea (atleast not in the first). I guess at this point, I'm hoping for Delmas.

Oh and this site has Paul Kruger going in round 1 so take that everybody who bashed me for saying taking Kruger in round 3 was too high.

i agree with you. He didnt impress me enough to draft him with our first round pick either.

I'll leave it up to the FO to make that decision if he's worth or not. I do think picking a G at 25 wouldn't be such a bad idea. We need to dominate the line of scrimmage if we're going to go somewhere in the playoffs. Robinson is clearly the best G in the draft, and it was pretty clear once we lost both our starting G's for the season that we couldn't really establish any kind of running game on a consistent basis. Don't expect this draft to be a flashy one, I'm seeing OL, DL, and LB as the primary focus coming into this draft.

I know we spent two high picks on Merling and Langford last year...but if Tyson Jackson is still on the board when we pick, I find it hard to believe he wouldn't be the choice. Perfect run-stuffing 3-4 end with the frame to possibly play inside if he bulks up. Seems like he'd be a perfect fit to me...

if duke robinson looked bad in that florida game brandon spikes looked downright awful.

Tyson Jackson is the one defensive player whom I believe has a reasonable chance to be available, that I could get on board with drafting at #25. Good possibility of being able to play NT in a year or two with the frame to add 20 lbs quite readily IMO.

Both Tampa & The Ravens have taken an OG in the last quarter of the 1st round recently.

Though, I'd take Herman Johnson of LSU before Robinson. I do like taking Tyson Jackson if he's there.

Herman Johnson over Robinson, get real. Johnson is a project, he has looked terrible in senior bowl and will fall after the combine.

We need solid depth on the offensive line, but with our first pick drafting OL seems like a stretch. Maybe in round two, but in round one. I would love to see us draft Sintim, Laurinaitis, or Larry English at 25.

laurinaitis is the most overrated player in the country. he cant shed blocks and cant do a thing in a game that matters. PASS

im sorry. i just dont agree. i think duke did fine. jesus. chris brown was averaging like 9 yds a pop going through duke or in his vicinity.

Little Animal is far from the most overrated. Is he a top 10 pick? No. He does have weaknesses, but he's very smart and plays within the system. His stock will rise though just because you've got 2 new teams going to the 3-4 (Denver and Green Bay) and those 2 teams have very few LBs that fit the 3-4 (plus teams like NO and SD need LBs).

IMO Brian Orakpo is the most overrated. He had 1 good year at Texas; his RS senior season. Now at 25 he's not a horrible pick, but he's probably top 10, maybe top 5. Atleast guys like Everette Brown and Aaron Maybin have a load of potential, where as Orakpo has a limited ceiling.

Of course, most Texas players in recent years have been busts if taken in round 1 so maybe that's why I don't like him.

Duke would be a great pick at 25. He is the best guard unless you consider Andre Smith a guard like Boomer does. Having some great players playing on our left side would be nice. We want to be a running team, I think we need the linemen to do that. Duke would be a grea addition and add depth to our team along the lines incase something like last year happen again. I feel like we can get a very good pass rusher at 2a or 2b but not a great guard at either of those spots. Maybe Urbik.

I'd rather keep Crowder than waste the #25 pick on Laurainitis. I want either Hakeem Nicks, Lou Delmas, or I can stomach Duke Robinson or of course Michael Oher(if he drops) at #25. Anything else is a disappointment.
