OK guys, this is the first chance I have gotten to post all weekend, sorry if there is a similar thread, I'm sure it'll just get merged if there is, anyway, here's just my thoughts and what I have to say on the draft (gonna put em ALL in one thread instead of indivudual replies to a bunch of threads):
While my heart sank for a second when we didn't take my boy Benson, the dissappointment didn't last TOO long because Ronnie Brown is still an AWESOME upgrade and a major talent. I don't know if I was so happy because it was Brown, or because we didn't take a QB or WR, lol, but I look forward to Brown being our back of the future.
Anyone notice how NOT happy Cedric looked when going up? LOL, maybe it was just because he was so emotional, but he looked PISSED. He busted out some smiles when he held up the jersey, but walking up to and then across the stage he seriously looked RIPSH*T.
Did anyone else start to get a little excited when Aaron was falling SO far? I NEVER woulda taken him up high, but I DEFINATELY woulda taken him at the very end of 1 or in 2, and I started thinking "oh my god, what if he falls to us?!?!?!?" but then I remembered we don't have MIAMI's 2nd rounder, which woulda be #2, but KC's, which was 15, so then I quickly pushed the hopes away, lol.
What does everyone think of MIKE WILLIAMS going to DETROIT!?!?!?!?!?! I was SHOCKED. If Harrington gets his sh*t together (and the o-line), they have the best passing attack in the NFL (in theory).
Did anyone else see those two dudes DANCING and POSING in the backround during round 1 when they were focused on Torry Holt when he was talking? One had a Jets jersey and a football and was making ******ED poses way in the backround, then a guy in a Chiefs jersey joined him, lol, I was crackin up.
Anyone else mad, or upset, or shocked, or at least a little WORRIED that we didn't take a QB AT ALL?
