Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Gase was seeing as a players coach and conect well to them the first two seasons? I’m curious because it's clear he lost the locker room last season. Hope Flores is not just first impression and than transform into the exact opposite as Gase did.

The biggest problem with Gase was his big ego. He had that from the very beginning. Flores seems more down to earth and should be able to relate to the players better. Gase came off as a big prick and know it all.
