This changes things for us, as the lions will now take Quinn..........Damn Blame them!!!!!

hahaha this will be the best if they first draft harrington, then harrington 1.5

how does that change anything trading a cb for rb and ol? ....it won't happen anyway but if it does the lions will still draft big joe thomas hands down they wont pass on him.!

this doesnt really assure anything, and if the raiders trade moss Calvin Johnson will be a raider. The lions might take russel instead, who knows whats going to happen, between now and the draft theres going to be ALOT of smoke blown and theres gonna be trades, signings, and such. We will have to wait until everything calms over and then reasses what may happen. If we dont get quinn we have alot of talented players that we can pick at 9.

I think the OT is on the wrong side of the line, unless the Lions want to put him at LT, in which case, a good player falls to us no matter what.

Foster is a RT and Joe Thomas will be a LT so I don't see how this will effect the draft at all.

Two things about this.

1-This doesn't affect their draft status too much, IMO because Foster will play the right side.

2-The Lions and Matt Millen are idiots. You trade a high-level cover-corner for a RB who will only flourish in Denver, like every other back does and for a lineman who is decent, but nothing special.

Watch now, Denver will sign Jamal Lewis and have traded Bell and Foster for Bly and Lewis. Pretty good move on their part.

it makes sense I suppose, the Broncos get their corner opposite Bailey (they needed once since Darrent Williams unfortunately was killed). and the Lions get a tackle and a better back-up RB.

but is this trade true, I haven't seen anything about it yet

Can someone help me out on this one.

What happened to Jeff Backus in Detroit? I thought he was pretty good and didn't they resign him a year or two ago. If they draft Thomas, where does that leave him.

Foster is a RT and Joe Thomas will be a LT so I don't see how this will effect the draft at all.

Because I still don't see the Lions moving Jeff Backus to LG with the contract they gave him last year. They'd be better off keeping Backus where he is and drafting a Guard in round 2. Be much cheaper on the OL and probably better overall.
