Is putting up some really good numbers as of late. Has over 3400 yards passing already. Doesnt look like his shoulder problem was as bad as people were making it out to be during the free agency period.

He still wanted too much money to come to Miami, I think if he would of been negotiable with his contract, he would of landed in Miami.

The past is the past, I'm over the fact that we didn't get Brees. We have Culpepper and Harrington and I'm happy with them.

Guess what. Harrington will be our starter next year. He will have earned it.

I wanted Brees really bad. He's showing why. He is an exceptional leader and has as much poise as any QB in the league. He is a far better QB than Culpepper. Yeah, this comment will start a frenzy, but it's true. Everyone will start throwing out Culpepper's stats. Let me save you the trouble: I don't care. Brees, considering EVERYTHING you want in a QB, is BETTER.

Daunte Culpepper is the better quarterback. Therefore, Daunte will be the starter. If Joey gets us into the playoffs it will probably be open for competition, but I still don't see Joey Harrington beating out Daunte Culpepper.

I know man. He's probably a top 5 QB in the league right now. O well, I wanted Culpepper. We'll see how C-Pep does.

Or not, all remains to be seen

I have to ask you. Are you going to be really upset when Daunte opens as the starter next year or will you accept it and support him?

Dang, Breese could maybe break Dan Marino's single season passing yards record.

One good thing to remember to make us feel better. Brees obviously was the better choice in hindsight, for this season at least. But its all a moot point considering he demanded enough money that we would have had to cut a few key guys just to get under the cap.

After I recently heard about how bad his injury was, I cant blame Saban for passing on him...

He had a 360 degree tear to his labrum... basically, his arm fell off.

The wrong hit could send Brees into retirement at any moment..

I will only be upset if we open up the season with the wrong QB, like this year.
