OMG! The guy sounds like he's gonna cry! He's trying so hard to put a positive spin on Terrell Owens and his Cowboys contract he's practically coming apart. It has to be hard to paint that situation as a win for Owens. Maybe it is, in that he found somebody to pay him to play again.

Good questions by the host (not sure of his name). He didn't leave Drew much wiggle room.
 
TO got big money. I would give Drew the ok on this deal.
 
Wen its all said and done. Im glad Saban didnt pull the trigger on a deal for T.O. When i think about it, i like the core we got now.

Decent money involved but 3 one year contracts (Chris Mortensen's words) makes T.O. more of a "rent-to-own" than a prized addition. I'm just very glad that Miami never got involved with him. Unreal talent combined with an unreal view of himself and his world.
 
Considering that Drew got T.O. essentially 10 million dollars for the first year, I would say he did ok. Frankly, I am surprised anyone gave him as much as Jerry and Co. did.
 
You know that Owens can behave for one year but, in year two we will learn about Drew Bledsoe's sexual orientation and his leadership qualities.(unless TO gets a new contract{that will buy another year})
 
I wonder why Dallas didn;t try to play hard ball, as I'm sure there were probably no other teams willing to pay Owens what he wanted.

Very true. Ive said all along that Owens will be a good little boy for year 1. If he acts up, the Coyboys dont pay the bonus and he is gone, maybe for good. If he can be a good boy for one year though, he has his money and can blame things on Bledsoe
 
ahh thank god we didnt get T.O, the guy is total cancer and demolishes team chem. the moral is too high right now in miami for him 2 come in and F things up
 
i would say TO got what he wanted. Eagles look like they are going to be a wild card team.
