Said that he thinks Laremy Tunsil will start the season at LG and Dallas Thomas will start at RG.

Lord help us.
 
So he basically said he thinks Gase is an idiot.
 
I'm sorry what we've seen from Dallas Thomas has nothing to do with which side he's on. The guy has a power and technique problem that he's had since day one.
 
Tunsil, Turner, Urbik, Bushrod, Douglas......it takes 2 to start at OG, and the one u pick is the Dallas Thomas? Are Urbik and Bushrod really that bad?
 
Obviously and sadly, what it's going to take to get rid of Dallas Thomas unfortunately is when he get knocked on his ass and lets somebody get through and seriously hurts Tannehill.
 
To be fair Turner...who I have always liked...has done nothing to take the job. Now, I think he is better than Thomas, but Turner needs to do more.

I totally agree Hayden..... But no matter what Turner has or hasn't done..... Thomas has proven time and again has does not have the ability to play in the NFL. So, like a previous poster said, If Thomas is starting ANYWHERE on this OL......... I'm going to have SERIOUS questions about Gase's ability to judge talent.

But...but...Tannenbaum said he was lifting weights now. Problem solved.
 
I expect the starting guards will be Tunsil and Bushrod. I love that Gase is giving everyone a clean slate for this season. It is a policy that will pay dividends in the future. I am confident that Thomas will play himself out of the starting position.
 
Say what you want about Drew Rosenhaus, but he's got feelers in Davie and has made some correct calls about this stuff before. I hope he's wrong, because I think Bushrod or Turner would be better at RG.
