Drew Rosenhaus take on our team.

Drew Rosenhaus represents a lot of players on the Dolphins... players that stand to get cut when and if a new regime comes to town. He's been through this rodeo a few times before and knows how it happens, knows how hard it is to get the new guys who come in to sign with his agency, how often players switch agents when they switch teams.

What's in his best interest is continuity, and Drew never lets his critical thinking get in the way of his best interests.

I think Drew oviously has a good working relationship with our staff. He ALWAYS says and does what is in HIS own best interest. Heck he probably thinks these guys are easy pickings in contract negotiations. He would have to start all over with a new coach. Thought he made a few good points but his opinion means about as much as yours or mine.
Thanks for your comments.

Drew's - or most any agent's self-interest, functions as a filmy filter between his lip service and objectivity.

Granted Drew has an axe to grind, but I always look forward to his spots on channel 7 sports wrap Sunday nights, 11:00 I think, maybe 10:30. It's informative stuff, and he's usually pretty much on target. Sports Buzz in the Miami Herald by Barry Jackson remains the best local Dolphins new source imo, but I look forward to the Rosenhaus spots on channel 7 for sure. Thx for posting.

He has a different perspective and i'm sure self interest is utmost in his mind but I enjoyed this discussion and he did make some valid points. I like to hear different takes on the same situation. That's why I come here. Mel Kiper said SFL was in full effect for Miami. I take his speel with a grain of salt also.

I never put much weight in what he has to say. He is all about $$ and care less about the players he represented.

Lmao they have a good coach and GM!!! :bobdole:

I did chuckle at that one.

Tony has two things going for him. The owner's public support statement and Drew's endorsment.

HE"S F**KED

He had a bit of a gaff there.

He was going on about how great Ireland is, how amazing Sparano is, how great New England, the Texans and the Chargers are then he says:

"Even a good Dolphins team would have a hard time winning against those teams."
