He says that the whole team is behind Ricky. he said the system isn't made to penalize players rather it is made to help players who have a problem. He also said he had the gut feeling Ricky will be ok and that the league impression is that Ricky doesnt have a drug problem anymore..... I think all of us have that feeling and hopefully he will be back
