DT and CB before the draft is a must

Really hoping Kohou can find his footing again this year. I had high hopes for the kid, but the switch from Fangio to Weaver put him in a bad spot. He looked awkward out there always playing behind his coverage and not knowing plays.

If he can put it together and Duck can come online I think we may have a punchers chance.

I don’t think corner is SO bad provided we get better at every other level - haha.

I mean that seemingly sounds like a dumb statement, but we have at least one VERY GOOD starting corner and arguable if KK is a good #3 or not. The cupboard is not bare.

We are pretty bare on the DL and S… which to me are both areas that need more attention on the defense than CB (if I had to choose).
Needham should come cheap, I think that's the level of corner we can afford.

I mean, if it’s a lateral player like that, I think they just role with Duck, Bonner, Smith, Johnson and see if someone sticks.
Don't rule out Grier taking Will Johnson at #13, I could see that happening.

I'm starting to get the feeling he's not gonna take an olinemen that early. Bad habits die hard and Grier hates drafting olinemen

I think you’re right. And that’s not good.

Is there something going on with Kendall Fuller? He’s not THAT bad of a CB.

They had a chance, but did nothing.

Heading into the draft, this team has the same needs it had prior to FA.

In a FA class that had plenty of options for our needs (G, S, DT), the fact that they came up with nothing is truly a special talent in deed.

Reminds me of Squid game 2, when 001 THROWS the dradel backwards. It's takes a special skill to make that kind of mistake lol.

Oh I take that back. Miami signed the new back up that has the anti-tua crowd again claiming they will take the starting spot away from Tua lol.

So, yeah I guess they have 1 less need heading into the draft.

There really isn't much in the way of quality DT's and DB's remaining on the market.

Thats why I would use our first 2 draft picks on those positions.

I would like to trade down from 13 so we can pick up an extra 3rd since I believe we can still get a good IOL there.

R1. DT Harmon or Grant

R2. DB Amos or Porter

R3. OG Milum Ratledge or Mbow

98. S Mukuba

114. LB Stutsman

135. OT depth Trapilo or Brown

Titans released DB Chidobe Awuzie. He had some decent seasons with the Cowboys and Bengals I think.

Did you sleep through the day they signed Daniels?

You think getting a #2/3 CB is more important than finding our starting LG? Or you think that R3 guard will be good enough to start?

Same question about going safety at #98… good enough to start?

If it’s an easy as everyone projects with getting guards and safety’s late… why isn’t every team littered with guards?

Guard is actually the position you can sign old effective guys on decent contracts for 2yr deals… why is this so hard for Miami, though?
