SI.com reports that Boston College DT B.J. Raji failed a drug test at the NFL Scouting Combine in February.
The drug is undisclosed, but Raji allegedly tested positive for marijuana during his senior season. Raji will immediately go into the NFL's drug program, but it's hard to know how badly this affects his stock. It undoubtedly sends up a red flag. Raji missed all of '07 due to academic issues, and it shows irresponsibility that he'd be using drugs at such an important time in his life.

Teams will be reach for Defensive Tackles now big time and you thought the stunt Andre Smith pulled was bad.

wasn't there a rumor a couple of weeks ago that Parcells wouldn't have drafted Raji even if he had fallen to us because of some "inside information"?

Quick, quick, send Ricky to meet with him. This is nothing that yoga and transcedental meditation can't cure. BJ in the 1st.:D

Omar was taking about him smoking pot in senior season and getting busted, because i don't think anyone knew about this back then.

Warren Sapp fell to 12 and he was a much better player coming out.

Yea, but Warren did not fail a drug test at the Combine. This will cost Raji several Millions and a possiblity to go in the 1st round.

He'll still get all the money he need's to get high the rest of his life , lol that may be why he started playing football in the 1st place :) ether way he is dirt dumb.

With more teams switching to a 3-4 this year and in need of a NT, I think the demand will be high enough to keep Raji in the first round. At the very least, I think Tennessee would snag him to replace Haynesworth.

Yea, but Tennesee is not a 3-4 team and I think teams are not willing to risk a 1st on troubled players. Especially with all the problems players have gotten into lately. Raji will automatically have to go on the Drug Wellness program. If I were a GM I personally would not draft him.
