On ESPN Mort is reporting he won't fall much at all. He came out and said he took the roids for the combine because his elbow wasn't healing. His college coach attached a report saying he never tested positive in college and Luis actually sent out all his test results.

Mort said that team GM's were telling him this won't affect his draft position. I find that hard to believe, I'm thinking he falls a few spots.
