Hey,

DT will be add either FA or in Draft.
What are FA who could be cut that are fit scheme in your opinions ?
and what are DT prospect who meet or had workout with our team ?

I like Raekwon Davis, and we've been rumored to have him high on our list. I've had him mocked at pick 70 in all of my drafts. I just think its the perfect fit and time in our draft to address DL.

I also like Benito Jones, and Khalil Davis during our 5th round picks.
 
I would love to have Derrick Brown, he is a monster, but we would have to use #5 on him. Kinlaw at #18 might be possible.

Second tier guys like Davis from Alabama, rumored to be high on our board, and Fotu from Utah are both huge dudes that don’t necessarily play to their size.

Personally I see us needing a true NT but there aren’t many in this draft. Hamilton from Ohio State is a LOS destroyer and it might be possible to snag him on day 2. We met with Daniels from Nebraska who is a late round guy.
 
I have seen multiple mocks with Kinlaw at 18, and I would be okay with that, as long as Cesar Ruiz and OT are the next two picks.

I’m also one of the few who wouldn’t completely lose my mind if Derrick Brown is taken at 5. I’d be...highly disappointed. But I wouldn’t break anything.

It would be kinda like wanting a sports car but getting a bad-ass pickup instead.
 
My gut is having a defensive-minded HC, that DT is taken in round 1. Miami has done nothing to stop the run, and have not been able to stop the run for years. If the defense can’t get off the field, we will never be able to score points.
 
If we go round 1, then it would likely be Javon Kinlaw at #18. Mel Kiper recently mocked him to us there as a BPA Flores factor pick. I'd rather go with the 3 names I mentioned and have a bunch of options/depth myself.
 
Plenty of options up and down the draft board. Deep draft for DT it seems like
