There's nothing flashy about Jackson's game. He's a run stuffer, plain and simple. Jackson has great strength and can hold the point of attack, often taking on two blockers by himself. Very few teams are able to run up the middle when Jackson is in the game. Jackson also has the quickness to get into the backfield and get after the QB. Jackson has the size and experience and production that NFL teams will covet come draft time. Jackson is coachable and is a strong leader in the lockerroom and on the field. A solid senior season will establish him as a day one selection in the 2006 NFL Draft.

At only 5'11", Steve is relatively short for an NFL DT, but he plays a lot bigger than his size would indicate, and looks perfect in the role (where he projects well) as a pure NT in a 3-4 defense. He is the strongest player on the Utes' benching 460 and squatting an amazing 675! Steve is so strong that he draws double teams each game and sometimes an occasional triple team comes his way. He is great against the run and can get to the QB pretty well for a DT. Shuffles very well for a big man, uses his hands effectively, shows some creativity in his pass rush (thought he prefers the bull rush--and does very well with that technique) and does not get locked onto easily by the opposing Cs and OGs. His size gives him great leverage advantages against some of the taller O-lineman he faces. In a relatively weak DT class this year, Fifita has been rated as high as #5 by some draft experts. From CDS's perspective, he could go as high as the 3rd DT off the boards. Come April I think Fifita will be one of the top DT prospects and be taken in the 2nd or 3rd round of the 2006 NFL Draft. His rise up the charts is likely to parallel that of former Utah linemate DT Sione Pouha from last year, who ended up going in the 3rd round of the 2005 NFL draft to the New York Jets. Steve is an old-school warrior, who keeps his motor running and always seems to find the football quickly. Should be a quality starter for many years in the middle of somebody's 3-4 defense.
Plus Domata Peko from Michigan State who I couldnt find a profile for but fits the Casey Hampton, Vince Wilfork profile as well plus plays in a school where Saban has coached previously almost all these players have some connection with Saban either he has coached them or against them or play in schools where Saban personally scouted or even picked players from, now for the other needs I would go with LB and DB and like I mentioned QB but not in the draft.
- Anderson has been a very solid anchor in the middle for Georgia's defense since he earned a starting spot part way through the 2003 season. He is a very good run defender that, despite seeing his share of double teams, is an effective overall player as a nose tackle. Anderson is among the most physically strong players in all of college football. He uses his leg strength very effectively to drive opposing linemen back off the line of scrimmage. He is considered a leader and a hard worker by his coaches and teammates.
- While it hasn't been an issue since, Anderson did spend his first season at Georgia on the sidelines with a shoulder injury. Anderson isn't much of a pass rusher on the inside. He is more of a space eater that tries to free up his teammates to make plays against the pass. Anderson is a bit on the short side for the defensive tackle position.

- Anderson is a very solid overall player that gives a pretty consistent effort. While his statistics are far from gaudy, he gets the job done in the middle. He is a very underrated player because he doesn't put up the statistics that some look for, but he is a big reason that the Georgia defense has been so effective the past few seasons. Anderson continues the tradition of top defensive linemen to come out of Georgia in the past decade or so. He should be effective as a nose tackle in either a 3-4 or a 4-3 defensive scheme, but would likely be most effective in the middle of a 3-4 alignment.

Babatunde Oshinowo who I already opened a threat about, people may wonder why Im so obssesed with DTs well look at out DT rotation, how many get old or expensive next year? Carter, the USC kid and Vickerson are the only locks for me on the next future and also look at Bellichicks draft record, isnt D-line a trend? he even picked a 280 pounder to play LB (Dan Clecko, who due to some departures gained wheight and is in the chart as DT but was intended to play LB) also ther are 2 LSU recruits coming out this year, both are one gappers, I expect Saban to draft one of his LSU kids and one massive DT, last years draft wanst half as deep in DT talent as this years and Saban still pulled 2 DTs, I dont expect us to draft a QB I guess it will be either Ramsey, Carr or Simms for a next years pick, not this years since we have plenty of aging players right now, well now some other prospects,

His draft status is still a bit uncertain, but if he produces solid numbers at the combine he could wind up going in the latter part of day one. Even round two is not at all out of the question as this is not a banner year for big, solid DTs with solid college production and good character. He worked very hard on increasing his stamina over the summer prior to the 2005 season, and the extra running has caused him to lose 7 pounds and to play this past season with added quickness and stamina. He is a very personable, mature, and coachable guy. He could still use a bit of refining in the weightroom and needs to continue to run regularly, but he has all the tools to be a solid rotational DT in the NFL for a long time. Montavious will never be a problem off the field, and plays with good intensity--keeping his pads low and doing a very nice job of collapsing the pocket.

Plus Domata Peko from Michigan State who I couldnt find a profile for but fits the Casey Hampton, Vince Wilfork profile as well plus plays in a school where Saban has coached previously almost all these players have some connection with Saban either he has coached them or against them or play in schools where Saban personally scouted or even picked players from, now for the other needs I would go with LB and DB and like I mentioned QB but not in the draft.
